Will I receive a confirmation after enrolling?

How long will I have access to an on-demand course?
You’ll have 90 days access from the date of enrollment, unless otherwise specified.
What are the system requirements for accessing the training?
You’ll need a stable internet connection and a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari). For virtual training, a webcam and microphone are recommended for interactive sessions.
How is virtual training conducted?
Our virtual training is delivered live through Microsoft Teams or Zoom. You’ll receive a joining link and agenda prior to the session.
What if I miss a virtual training session?
If you miss a session, please contact us. We may be able to offer a recording (where available) or help you reschedule at no additional cost.
Is there a limit to the number of participants in virtual sessions?
Do I receive a certificate after completing the training?
Yes. A digital Certificate of Completion will be issued upon successful completion of the course. For auditor-level or lead auditor training, certificates are aligned with international standards.
Are your courses accredited or recognized internationally?
We follow globally recognized best practices. Some courses may include certifications from third-party accreditation bodies—this will be mentioned in the course details.
Is there an assessment at the end of the course?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers. Corporate billing options are also available.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, our refund policy is available on our website. Typically, full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the virtual session or within 7 days of on-demand course purchase (if not accessed).
